Outdoor pool, heated and ready for use from about Memorial Day to Labor Day each year.
Owning a unit in our community has a lot to offer, whether you live here full time or come up for relaxation and adventure.
The Countryhouses has been here since the 1970s. We take good care of our buildings and grounds, so we only improve with age.
Our units sit around a private loop at the top of the hill on Hoopa Circle, in the Big Trees Village area off Highway 4. See Getting Here for directions.
Why we’re special
Snow Plowing
The private drive, loop, and all parking spaces are plowed throughout each winter. Clearing the walkways from parking areas to each unit is the responsibility of each owner.
9 Acres
Our members collectively own nine acres of land, providing a tree-filled buffer around our community.
Laundry Room
For a few quarters, you can wash or dry your laundry on site.
Community Involvement
We are a small community, which gives members the opportunity to take part in caring for it, and to volunteer as an elected member of the HOA Board.
Property Management
The Countryhouses HOA uses the services of several individuals and companies from the surrounding community for pool care, pest control, and property management.
